KalenderScheduler

Every team member owns a personal calendar for personal data such as appointments, tasks or contacts. If your team member has the right to access your calendar, he simply add it in his view by activating the calendar beside your name in the team members list.

Additionally he can add, change or delete appointments, tasks etc. for you. For instance: A secretary can enter appointments for her boss. Project managers can set up tasks for several team members etc.

Pimero's contact manager offers more than 30 fields for user data storage. If you don't need all fields, just fade them out from the view. Every view has high level sort-, filter, and grouping functions. The table layout can be adapted to your personal needs.

Tasks

Send instant messages to one or multiple users of your Pimero 2009 network with the integrated instant messenger plugin.

RSS Feed Reader

With the new RSS news feed reader you're able to receive and display RSS feeds. The automatic update function looks for new news and displays them in the newsfeed tab.

Work "Offline"

Pimero saves all data on your local computer.You have full access to all your data even when you're out of office. The next time you connect to your office network all new data is synchronized automatically in both directions.

Mobile devices synchronization

Pimero can now sync with mobile devices! Supported phone/PDA models are devices with Windows Mobile 5 and 6, Blackberries with operating system >= 4.2 and SyncML phones.

Folder based structure

Journal

Display all appointments regarding to a contact. Use this to create a contact history.

Birthday reminder

All approaching birthdays of your contacts will be displayed as reminders in Pimero.

Skype Interface

Call your contacts directly with Skype in Pimero. You don't need to hold a separate list of contacts and phone numbers. Just right click on your contact and press "call".

Security with data encryption

Pimero encrypts your data. Encryption is provided for the saved contents on your computer to ensure total safety when working in Pimero.
